I work with people navigating transition and growth — professional, personal, or both at once. Sometimes it's a clear turning point. Sometimes it's a quieter shift that's hard to put into words yet.

You come to me in chaos and uncertainty. Together, we find the clarity and structure underneath it — so you can move forward and thrive in the most aligned way, instead of forcing your way through.

Who I Am

Two threads run through everything I do, and they've never been separate for me:

17+ years in business — consulting, strategy, marketing, and entrepreneurship. This isn't a side credential; it's real, hands-on expertise:

• Certified Professional Marketer (American Marketing Association)

• 15+ years advising founders and small businesses on strategy, growth, and marketing

• Direct experience inside the U.S. Small Business Administration network — Small Business Development Center (SBDC), Women's Business Center, Veterans Outreach Center, YWCA

• Fluent in both the strategic side of business (positioning, offers, pricing, growth planning) and the human side (authentic messaging, aligned leadership, sustainable decision-making)

• Trained to hold structure and rigor without losing the soul of what you're building

13+ years of daily spiritual practice — meditation, embodiment, inner listening — alongside strong intuitive and energetic sensitivity developed through years of practice and integration. I read energy, nervous system states, and subconscious patterns, and reflect them back in a grounded, usable way.

My North Node is in Aquarius — I'm here to use technology, innovation, and structure in service of community and positive change for the collective. It shows up in how I work: bridging modern strategy and old-soul depth so what you build serves something bigger than just you.

I've lived in 9 countries and immigrated to the U.S. on my own, from Lithuania. I've been through burnout, chronic stress, and rebuilding a life that actually supports my nervous system. I have personal experience with psychedelic-assisted healing, with a focus on integration and long-term embodiment — not just the experience itself, but how you live afterward.

This isn't theoretical. It's lived, and it's how I meet you: with structure and sensitivity, so you can access your own power and your own answers — not mine.

There's no rigid protocol. Each session follows what's actually present — your energy, your questions, your body's signals, your own inner guidance. What I bring to every session is the same: spiritual depth and structure, held together, never one at the expense of the other.
