Many of us learned how to be strong, capable, and self-reliant — often very early. We learned how to keep going, how to hold ourselves together, how to move forward even when things felt heavy inside.

What many of us didn’t receive was something much simpler, and deeply healing:
someone who could stay with us while we were unsure, overwhelmed, or tender — without trying to fix us, analyze us, or rush us into the next step.

In my own journey, this was the piece that changed everything.

Being genuinely met.
Being witnessed without judgment.

With unconditional love.
Having space to be exactly where I was.

That kind of presence allowed my nervous system to soften, my body to exhale, and clarity to return on its own. It didn’t come from pushing — it came from relief.

These one-on-one sessions are an offering of that kind of space.

You don’t need to arrive with a plan.
