A Bit About Me & How I Hold This Space
For over 12 years, I’ve been on a deep personal spiritual path that includes:
long-term spiritual practice
multiple dark nights of the soul
extensive healing work and inner exploration
psychedelic and mystical experiences
study and embodiment of a wide range of modalities and practices
Through lived experience, I’ve come to understand how awakening and inner transformation can be both profound and challenging — especially when integration isn’t supported.
There are ways to make transitions gentler, more grounded, and more empowering.
In our work together, I support you in:

learning how to receive guidance from your Higher Self and your body
